Ridely Soft Private Limited built the ‘Ridely App’ as a Commercial app. This Service is provided by Ridely Soft Private Limited and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
Term & Conditions
Car owners can use the Ridely App to reduce the fuel cost and not to make profit. This App is not designed for Rent a Car.
You may download, install and use the travel application only after reading all the terms and conditions provided within the application and also after understanding the risk and avail it at your own free will and safety. You herewith acknowledge that Ridely application is a third party portal and any use of the same is at the sole risk of such user without any warranties or legal liability of any kind on/from Ridely. Ridely is not liable for any theft, assault, loss, claims, refunds, damages or liability of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages suffered by you or any other person due to the use of Ridely application services.
Our Services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing,
Our Services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18) or to temporarily or indefinitely terminated Participants. By becoming a Participant, You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
- Females are requested to travel with family and not allowed to travel alone
- Without driving license its ‘Illegal’ to use Ridely Mobile App for drivers
- Ridely App is strictly designed to be used on Motorway ONLY .One can’t use Ridely App to travel on any other route other then motorway from one city to other city
By using the Redily App, You represent and warrant that You have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You are the sole authorized user of your account. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under account.
Ridely has no control over the use of any User’s account and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom. Should you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using Your account or You suspect any other breach of security, You will contact Us immediately.
Confirm Ride Policy
Car owners must start and end their confirm rides on time
Car owners will be charged 10% commission on their trip cost. However, there is no fee for your first customer.
We don’t have any fare refund policy. Passengers must pay fare which Ridely App calculate and show. We discourage to pay any extra fare on demand of car owner and take no responsibility.
Ridely reserve the rights to suspend any account without giving a reason. Please follow all the rules which we have published or may announce through App announcements
Ridely App does use following third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
- Google Play Services
- Facebook Fabric
- Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Cancellation / Ban Policy
This cancellation policy only applies to confirmed bookings. When carpooling with Ridely, Riders and Car owners are held to the same cancellation policy. At Ridely, our goal is to make carpooling so reliable that you can depend on it every day. By discouraging cancellations, we ensure that everyone can depend on Ridely to travel. However, we know things come up and plans do change. There may be days where you need to cancel your ride or days where you find that you are the one that’s been canceled on. We understand the inconvenience this can cause, which is why we implemented a policy to help prevent cancellations.
- You may cancel a ride 24 hours before ride time
- You will be charged 10% cancellation fee of ride fare
Fraud or Illegitimate Behavior Fraudulent or illegitimate behaviour undermines the trust on which Ridley is built. We may deactivate any account(s) associated with this type of activity, including: abusing promotions; collusion between rider and driver; disputing fares for fraudulent or illegitimate reasons; or duplicate accounts.
Changes to Our Policies
We may update our policies from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policies on this page.
