  3. Upload profile photo and ID card / Driving Licence photo
    1. Any passenger can check your original ID card and match this number. Your registration will be cancelled permanently if we receive any complain about your ID card
    2. Your personal data is safe on our encrypted cloud based database
  4. Enter name as appear on your ID card
  5. Attach driving license photo with expire date (Optional)
  6. Enter your car details
  7. Your name will appear as ‘Verified’ and you will get more ride offers.
  8. Above security measure will insure a secure ride.
  9. Now you can use Ridely App

Check the list of passengers and send request to join to anyone

You will get confirmation of ride

Or Ridely App will notify you to select any other passenger

Part 2

Post your ride if there is no passenger available

You will get ride request from passengers who are searching for drivers

Then you can confirm the request of passenger

Is driving license is mandatory for driver?

Yes. Without driving license its ‘Illegal’ to use Ridely App

Can I change the time / date after posting ride?

Yes. You can edit your ride once posted.

How to start a ride?

Press ‘Start Ride Button’, when you pick up your passenger.

You need to repeat this process after picking up second and third passenger, if any.

Note: Be Careful! Confirm the name of passenger before starting a ride.

How to close a ride?

Press ‘Close Ride’, when you drop off your passenger.

You need to repeat this process after dropping off second and third passenger, if any.

Note: Be Careful! Confirm the name of passenger before closing a ride.

How do I know about the fare of my ride?

Open Ridely app, select starting city, select ending city, select date/ time and you will get estimated fare of ride. Ridely app is calculating the fare on per kilometer basis.

Do all passengers have same fare for one ride?

No. Ridely app is calculating the fare on per kilometer basis. Every passenger has different pickup / drop off points so all fare may be different

What will be pickup / drop off points of passengers?

After ride confirmation, you may call / text the passengers and mutually discuss the pickup / drop off point. It is strongly recommended to select a ‘Public Place’ as pickup / drop off points

How many passengers I can take with me?

It’s up to you! You may take one or two or three or number of seats available in your vehicle

How to view my confirm passengers?

Open Ridely app and on home screen you will find all your confirmed passengers

Can I call my passengers?

Yes. After you accept a passenger for your ride, their details / call button will appear on home screen

I couldn’t find the cell number of passenger?

The access of cell number will be granted after the ride confirmation

How secure is this ride?

  1. We have confirmed passenger’s cell numbers by verification code. Presently all cell numbers are biometrically verified by respective telecom companies.
  2. We have national ID card numbers of all drivers and passengers. Any passenger or driver may cross check the original ID card and verify the ID card number showing in Ridely App

How to collect fare?

After completing the ride fare will appear on app screen and you can collect it.
